Sales person was professional. Process was quicker than I have experienced at other dealers. I did research cars on the website first so I knew which cars I wanted to look at.

I've had all my routine mainte...nance for the past 6 years done there, and have complete confidence in Mike, James, and the rest of the service team. This process was so easy, I kept thinking "what's the catch?" Our car broke down on a Monday, and we walked away with a brand new car on a Tuesday. The process was so smooth, and our sales guy, Tim, was very receptive to our needs and very honest about his opinion on the car we should get. The whole... team was very helpful, they filled the car up before we left, cleaned it, and the manager even offered to pay half the fee to get cruise control installed. It was a MUST from my husband that we have cruise control, and the car we ended up buying didn't have it. Thank you Low Book Sales of Lindon for making this dreaded car shopping process a breeze!
