come in and go see EZ,or anybody, he was able to work with me and i took the car the same day home and they fill up my gas too. my credit score is so low but still was able to take a 2012 nissan altima home. so i strongly recommend to anybody to come here,good credit or bad credit come to LOW BOOK S...ALES you will drive home with a car. Rolando was a great salesman. One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. On his own time he even drove the car home for me because I couldn't drive 2 cars and I didn't want to leave my truck there over night.

I've purchased & owned a few cars but none were my "dream car" til now.....I love my Rendevous 2007. I've always wanted an SUV and this is the first SUV I've purchase and everyday I drive it I feel as if I am the luckiest person on the road. I love my car and happy with the dealer who sold it to me.... I've recommended low book sales to my friends and family. My sales-guy Rolando & finance-guy Tola were extremely helpful & patient during the sales transaction and my transition into my (although used) "dream car". So kudos to my low-book guys!!! Show more

So I decided to update my review since they fixed my car again ... So I got my car back on 3/21/14 , had it back for a week , husband comes home says it overheating , and Im fuming mad , this car has turned into a nightmare. I call and get in touch the Paul , the GM. He apologizes about the car an...d gives me a number to call and get it towed in. I'm figuring great it's 8:30 on a Thursday night , I probably won't get my car back for a week , blah blah blah. But NOPE , to my surprise everyone was on their A game. I got a call 8:30 in the morning , Brett in service was VERY professional , and they explained the problem - gave me the solution - fixed my car that day! I really do appreciate everyone there , they went out of their way to make me feel like they were listening , and resolved the issues with the car. I'm a very happy customer ! And will be referring people who need a car ! Show more
