Me and my Husband moved from Michigan to Nevada and needed a car. Jesse Rojas helped me so much in making a purchase of my 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. He reviewed with me all of the options available. Also, I was impressed with Tola (sp?) in the finance department, He thoroughly explained the financ...e process and got me the amount that I wanted to pay for each month. I've had quite a few older cars in recent years which have needed various and frequent repairs. I have had Low Book's service department replace: sway bars, brakes, alternators, distributors, tires, windshields batteries, etc. as well as oil and transmission fluid changes. I've also had them trouble...shoot electrical issues. Low Book's service department has always provided me with quick diagnostics and service. In addition, their reasonable prices have made it possible for me to give my vehicles a longer life than they would have had otherwise. Thanks Low Book! Show more

my dads car was falling apart so we came down to low book and met Dion. he was very helpful and understood our budget. we got my dad set up with a car that he was able to drive home that day. it was nice to not have a stressful day at the dealership.
