Low Book Sales is the only place I trust with my car problems. I've been to SO many places and got completely scammed and ripped off but that has never been the cast at Low Book Sales. They offer incredible service and great prices that work for me. I love how professional and honest everyone is the... service department is! I purchased one vehicle from Low Book Sales and it was the most pleasurable experience I have had with a dealership. The staff at Low Book stood by their warranties and followed through with any/all service needs. The service department is the most reliable and reasonable shop in town. I would recom...mend any car owner to try out the friendly service dept. at Low Book due to their honesty and the thoroughness of the services I have done on my car. We came to get ideas on replacing a vehicle. They asked questions about our current needs and made some suggestions and showed us several options. We really liked the car we test drove. There was no pressure, but a lot of help. Highly recommended.

We drive out of our way to come to Low Book's service department. They are very reasonable and Mike Winck, the service advisor I work with, is very professional and has always taken a personal interest in seeing we are happy with the work.
