AWESOME PLACE TO SELL YOUR USED VECHICLE! They offered me 20k for my 2008 BMW 528i the customer service was outstanding and the salesman Jesse R. was very honest and upfront which is unusual for a dealership of any kind! They are different on so many different levels other dealers cannot compete wit...h LBS! The most amazing part about selling your vehicle to them is their competitive appraisals. I PURCHASED MY CAR FROM LOW BOOK SALES AND I HIGHLY RECOMEND THEM. I COME BY SOME TIME JUST TO VISIT PLUS I TELL EVERY ONE I MEET RIDEING OR WALKING ABOUT THIER TREMENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE LIKE OF WHICH I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED. satisfied, I purchased a 2006 kia sorento and was having some issues with it that concerned me... I called the salesman and he was very friendly and willing to help with my issues! they helped me right away when I arrived and I told them I was unhappy.. they helped me find another vehicle and allowe...d me to exchange my sorento for and 07 ford explorer!
