Paul was really great! I feel like the car could have been "cleaned up" a bit before it was shown though. I have to come back to get it touched up and little things replaced which is inconvenient. Other than that, we were happy with the price and sales rep.

I had a good overall experience here purchasing my car. They took a while on some flip thing to tell me all about Low Book Sales and what makes them different. I wish they would've quickly just showed me on one page of a website, but other than that the whole experience was great and I love my new M...ustang. I did get to see a screen that showed me what other Mustangs like this one were selling for and it seemed like it was their back end tool to help them price it and not really meant for customers, but I thought that was nice of them to show me. Like a lot of people, my husband and I got into some credit troubles. Low Book got us in a car with a high interest rate, but that is the price you pay when you don't pay I guess. Scott was so nice and patient with us. He never made us feel less than and gave us hope for the future. Thanks Scott!

I had previously left a negative review of my vehicle being in the shop for weeks off and on, I am pleased to say all issues have been resolved. I can also honestly say that after alot of patience on both of our parts, I would send a customer to them. Not many companies go the extra mile to ensure y...ou the customer are 100% satisfied. After hearing their ads for years on the radio, I pulled into the lot singing the jingle. 'Low Book Sales'.No, I wasn't there to buy a car. It just so happens that their service department was have a sale, $5 for emissions tests! Luckily that was all I needed for my car this year. I walked into the ...service waiting area and was surprised to find it filled with a self-serve popcorn machine and fountain drink dispenser, and new looking, cushy leather couches. Nice. I didn't partake of the food, feeling bad since I was only spending $5, and because I wasn't sure I trusted the popcorn. But, a very nice gesture on their part.When I found the deal online, I was fully expecting to be 'sold to' when going in. To my great delight, there was none of that! I handed the guy my renewal card and my keys, sat on the couch, read my book for 15-20 minutes, got my papers back and swiped my card for $5. Seriously $5. And then left. I wouldn't say anyone there seemed particularly happy to be at work. But they all did what they do very functionally, and I left feeling like I had won. Show more

I don't get why you are playing music in the waiting area, and having it compete with the television. It makes no sense; and is kind of annoying. The workers have always treated me well, and are always helpful and friendly though, and that is why I keep coming back for sure.
