Yesterday afternoon my wife and I went to Low Book Sales in Lindon, UT to take a look at a minivan my wife saw on line. For the past couple of days, we had been looking at cars, and had some pretty discouraging experiences with some of the other dealers we visited, ranging from very poor customer ...service to cars that hadn't been detailed or serviced to going to test drive a car and not being able to because it wouldn't start. My wife HATES looking for cars, and at this point we had been to another dealership and had experienced some frustrations. She was done. But while we were taking a break from car shopping and having lunch, she went online and found some good deals on the Low Book Sales website. The dealership was located near where we were having lunch, so we decided to go look at one more. When we arrived, we were greeted by Brodie. He was very considerate, professional, and polite. We showed him the car we had seen online, but it was at the dealer in Salt Lake (my fault for not looking closer at the web page). My wife asked him to show us other ones that were at this location, and Brodie patiently took the time as my wife looked at multiple vehicles. His knowledge about each of the vehicles we were asking about was exemplary, and he really made us feel at ease. Brodie was not the pushy used car salesman at all - on the contrary, he was very low key and patient as we were shopping. We finally decided on a car, and as Brodie was going through our financing options, my wife kept vacillating as to whether or not she wanted to get the car. At no time during this process did he get exasperated with her indecision - on the contrary, he was very patient and reassuring, and at no time did he ever try to pressure her into getting the car. Part of my wife's indecision was due to the fact that I wasn't keen on getting a minivan, and our kids also. She knew she was going to have to take heat from the kids when we came home with a minivan, because after all, we all know that minivans are absolutely the uncoolest of the uncool cars for teenagers. So, after handing over my man card to Brodie, we purchased the car. The financing process was a breeze, and they detailed the car and gave us a full tank of gas while we were taking care of the paperwork. Cash was the financing manager, and he was also the epitome of a professional when once again my wife started to vacillate, he simply told her he could shelve the paperwork and we could take whatever time we needed to decide. I knew he had put a bit of legwork into getting the paperwork ready, so I knew he must have been thinking what a pain in the behind this would be for him, but at no time did he ever give us that impression. Well, as it turns out, she finally made a decision, and she drove home in her new minivan. She loves it, and she loved the car buying experience we had there. I have to admit - this was probably the most pain free car buying experience we have ever had. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to anyone, and we will definitely be back to buy another vehicle in the future. Show more

I showed up thinking they would be pushy and un professional like other dealerships. They were fantastic to work with, didn't push anything on us and showed our available options. I found a listing on cars.com of a 2005 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with 86000 miles, price was right and pictures would be coming soon. I called and let the office know I was interested in the Jeep. they told me it was on its way to a wholesaler. I asked Brodi my sales person for pictures and they sent m...e the pictures the person sent them to sell the jeep to them. I let Brodi know I wanted the jeep. he had the car transporter bring the Jeep back to the dealer. I drove up and I was greeted by a salesman and although I was not looking for a car myself the general manager came out to greet me as-well and assured me that he could help my son get a car. I had a great experience with this company. Fastest I have ever bought a car and bought the exact car that I wanted. I Dreaded having to buy another car because I did not want to spend eight hours at a dealership. These guys were friendly and fast and got me a great interest rate on my car loa...n. My friend went to them a week later and got the car she wanted. She was so happy and had a great experience with them as well! Low Book Sales was absolutely great to both my wife and I. Our salesman Paul, was very attentive to our needs and was able to recommend a car that fit those needs exactly at the price range specified. I really do appreciate his help and the help of the rest of the finance team! You guys made it poss...ible for me to get into a vehicle when other places were turning me down due to a pending total loss payoff on a previous 2013 due to an accident that was not our fault. I am now driving around in a sleek 2013 Ford Fiesta SE with very low overall mileage. Gas mileage is phenomenal. Thanks again guys, you were great! Show more

I had an amazing experience with Evan Brewer as my sales consultant and Josh Whipple as my finance manager. Evan was straight to the point with my situation and didn't hold back facts or negative outcomes that may have discouraged my purchase. Josh was even more helpful by taking my case to the bank... personally and fighting for me, I couldn't have asked for a better finance manager.
