Exalent service loved the set up of the dealer ship the kids could play while I was checking out the cars and focuse on paper work I have a 3 year old so that says a lot Love my car and I'll defanetly be giving them more of my business ¿

My experience began with a phone call. I had just recently lost my husband and have never dealt with a car salesman by myself, to top that off I had credit issues. Before going down there to waste my time I had questions. That being said I was directed to Chris Miller. After our conversation I felt ...comfortable enough to go in and start looking for a car. Chris was so helpful he let me drive the car to work. I wasn't 100% sold on the car. When I returned he showed me more of their inventory. After about 5 other cars I finally found one I loved. The process of my application was complicated, and I had my two toddler grandson's who were tired and into everything. Chris spent so much of his time making sure the kids and I were comfortable. He even checked on them while I was filling out paperwork. I highly recommend Chris to work with he goes way beyond what I could have expected. I will refer and will deal with Chris if I ever need to make another car purchase. Thank you Chris for making a nerve wracking experience pleasant. Show more

I purchased a 2011 BMW 328i a year ago. So far no problems, except for some springs that were covered under warranty by BMW. I love my car, and I highly recommend this dealership. I also purchased my first vehicle here in 2006 to build my credit. The 2000 cavalier was also an excellent vehicle. I bu...ilt up my credit, and I am now the proud owner of a BMW. Great customer service and honestly sold, reliable vehicles. I trust these guys over traditional dealers. I have also purchased vehicles from traditional dealers, who sold me botched cars that were money pits. These guys are great! Show more

This location was great. Every salesmen were happy and energetic. Willing to help at any moment. We go helped very quickly, the process went by very quickly. They were having a deal, and we got the deal. There was no hassle at all. I do just want to warn everyone that comes into this location, that ...if you sell a car, you will have to wait 2-3 business days before getting your check. We were not aware of this when we first walked in. The salesman who helped us, made me feel stupid for being mad about it. He assumed we were going to buy a car right away but we weren't. It's none of his business why we need the funds now. Show more

Went to the dealership, and immediately was greeted by Justin , wasn't so sure about buying a car yet but he made me feel so comfortable , great talking skills and great selection of cars , if anyone wants a reference to talk to when buying a car I would definitely choose Justin

If it is possible to get you into a quality car Low Book Sales can do it when nobody else can. They even have a program designed for people who have low credit scores that not only allows you to actually finance a vehicle, but fix your credit as well. However, don't expect the impossible if you have... bad credit, be prepared to put down at least $1,000.00 and expect a high monthly payment until you have re-established your credit and banks aren't afraid to do business with you.
